November 26, 2020: A Thanksgiving Meal To Celebrate And Say Goodbye to 26 Years Located In 6a Avenida in Antigua

On Thanksgiving Day 2020 we prepared a meal for all of the staff of Probigua Spanish Academy (Probigua Spanish Academy is Don Rigoberto’s means of income. He receives no salary for his work toward completing projects in the country. As a matter of fact, he gives to the project himself some of the income he receives from the Spanish classes).

We cooked a jambalaya with roasted turkey and honey-glazed ham for all of the teachers who have dedicated their time and resources to giving the very best to the Spanish classes. We talked and laughed together, and we had a great day with friends.  

Although there was a bittersweet aspect to the realization that this would be the last reunion at this location, everyone was joyful at the opportunity to continue forward with the vision of Probigua and embrace the changes. We know that these forthcoming changes present an opportunity to refocus and to plan well.
